So waiting time will be minimized, appointments are scheduled during certain times each day. Having set appointment hours also insures that time is available for treatment of hospitalized patients, for diagnostic procedures, and for surgery.
For those who find it difficult to schedule an appointment during appointment hours, call and arrange to drop your pet off in the morning and schedule a late afternoon appointment for pick up and consultation with the doctor.
